I don't know if any method can bring the oil to the surface but I'd like to see ecosphere get a chance to try it. My biggest concern is that the oil is right where BP and the US gov want it to be. Out of sight, out of mind. They will make false claims backed by some "FUNDED" science that the ocean naturally cleaned the oil by forces of naturally occurring bacteria in the ocean. Not to mention the ever present and invisible poison that they call COREXIT that must be spread for miles by now.
