Accomplish what?
Dillute as much as possible
Reverse split
Continue the dillution at high speed and crash it
Runaway and open a new company and start dilution again.

Watch for this Rick guy. I have reported him to SEC and FBI. Please do the same every one. He should be in jail counting days not counting your money.
