I agree with you paidmyway! I bought 10 10oz Heraeus bars and all of them were nicely covered in the plastic holders and wrapped with bubble wrap when they were shipped.

I'd request for replacement as well.
DTGoody, Let me know if they don't accept it. I don't know if it will be any good but I can write a letter to them if you want me too..
