Thank U Aston, I would love to share with you my research that I have compiled. I have not owned the stock for that long as I only starting buying at current levels, and cautiously at that. I have studied the industry for 25 yrs and specialize in small cap restaraunt follow up cash calls and how they are structured. This one has red flagged me for awhile, and the lack of info that has been shared with shareholders is simply not fair. All we can do is watch. I live in their area, and am close with some key personnel that have kept me posted, and as an investor I will share these items when the necessary docs are in order to justify the actions.
