I use zecco.com It's fairly cheap to trade no nonsense on penny stocks or otherwise.

but it's $4.50 a trade. It does take 3-5 days to clear funds for trading just FYI. but if it clears your bank...you can message their customer service about it 'taking so long' and they'll free up your funds right away as long as it's cleared. So far that's the only downside. You can set up stop losses rather easily to buy at a certain price or sell at a certain price and make it good till completion.
