Wow, I can't believe it!!! Did you complain why there was no bubble wrap? U know, the price shouldn't be affected because it's based on weighty and purity but we humans are attracted to physical beauty looks so the scratches caused by bad shipping is definitely a bad service. IMO

After hearing this story, I'm inclined to do business with NIA recommended dealer instead.
