So I'm reading the link. A few questions about the testing. Is it supposed to be done manually (by end users) for a reason? Most companies will stress test environments and systems using scripted methods or simulations with software, etc. This way they can publish capacity test and their findings for companies (i.e. fortune 500 companies). Also, that helps them truly understand the threshold of the network, provide metrics and SLA's with the current system in place.

Have they looked into doing that? Also, is there a disaster recovery plan? What happens if the service provider fails or goes down?



Also, regarding the recordings:

I do believe Ike should present them. He is the face of this company. With a little training, he could be a great public speaker and he needs to be in order to interface with companies, etc.
