Parb- The responsibility of IR is NOT to bring in volume. The responsibility of IR is to be a bridge between the shareholders and the company. If you are looking for answers and do not want to take the time to contact Ed, then may I suggest picking Brian's brain? I highly doubt he will be pumping SRWY and throwing out $2.00 price tags in a month. Ed seems very confident that this Brian Schor guy is the right man for the job. I just want to take the time to welcome him aboard and wish him great success.
