Not much difference between a grey and a pink. I think a 15c211 and a form 10? can take this to the pinks. I'm really not sure what the whole process is, but from what I gathered there was something brewing here and why this CEO could not move forward with its plans to the pinks from here (the greys). the original form was to delist... duh.. I would think this company is just one level lower then where it wanted to be.

Does this "bob" have a clue or is he one of those CEO, that need to be spoon fed everything while sitting on a beach in cancun.
