The questions on the springs is valid, This board alone has had 2 seperate answers to the same question. Demonstrating the confusion that exists on this deal.

I will take it that the answer to the springs deal, as I posted earlier, the shareholders have no idea how this deal went down & who's shares were used for the purchase.

The now EX-CEO had made claims of a immenant PR that would clarify the springs deal, yet no PR was forthcoming. There by creating shareholder confusion and leaving others to make guess's?

I apologize to the board if I have wasted your time with this question on the springs. I had read and watched many posts on the topic earlier. I was just looking for any new news or maybe something I had missed.
