This shows thatUWRL being acumilated by new hands and impatienet seleers are liqudating to stronger hands. I am waitinghere patietly for .01.
I bet b4 they release the 3rd merger news they want the PPS to be up so that they will use that restricted share at that .01 current price for the merger payment , the higher the pps the value of the shares to be given out as payment is less. So IMO the company wants the pps higher b4 they announce the actual merger .. just my thoughts ...
