From all that I have read, Lanza has nothing to do with OMDA anymore. Adam Barnett tookover OMOG, just like you said. He did it because he was pissed off about the dilution and angry at Lanza, so it would make perfect sense that Lanza wouldn't have anything to do with the company anymore.
