JERUSALEM, March 12 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- IDenta Corp. announced today that the Chinese Police Force has approved IDenta Alert Explosive Identifier products for purchase by all police departments throughout the country. IDenta's representatives in Beijing, Lotus International Trade Co., negotiated the agreement after months of testing and negotiation to open this major opportunity for the company.
"This is a major global breakthrough for IDenta ALERT in one of the most significant markets in the world," stated Yaacov Shoham, "We have made a numerous presentations of the IDenta ALERT product around the world in the last seven months, and are now in the testing and negotiation stages with several very large customers. Communications to all police departments in China are now being delivered by the agency's central office authorizing each police department to begin purchasing the IDenta explosive detection.
The potential number of IDenta ALERT units which may be sold each year has not been determined, but is expected to be very significant because of the sheer number of agencies throughout the country.
IDenta is also expecting that the IDenta ALERT products will soon also be adapted by a major European country.
Recently IDTA also announced that it's STINGER line of drug detection products had been chosen for use by the Indonesian Police Force.
