Well here are the responses I received from the professor at Texas A&M:

A few years ago, this company had an agreement with the Texas Agricultural Experiment Station to determine if there could be some possible areas of cooperation related to research on Bioenergy. However, I believe that agreement has been terminated since there was no activity. There have never been any discussions related to wind energy.

Thank you very much and by you saying that I guess I can also assume you no longer have any affiliation with this company as well. It's starting to appear as though all this company does is announce possible deals or affiliations and then never follows through.
