Brad, spinoff/IPO not imminent for Solterra
until QMC can show revenue for Solterra, IMO.
Revenue would come with production of solar
cells, so company could show a high value
for the stock. Anybody think different?

But the big difference with QMC and other
penny stocks is that this one will be able
to show revenue from TQD - Tetrapod Quantum
Dot sales in the next fiscal year, if not
August 15 (10K), and that will alleviate
company debt and provide capital for
development. Because of that, stock is
grossly undervalued, IMHO.
