NO that PR was released a WHILE after that dilution occured. They were just covering their ass. If you don't think I know how to do DD check through my posting history. I have contributed to this board in the past and this is just my honest (and pissed off) opinion.

Back before that PR about dilution was released guys were saying on the board "oh this could be dilution, but maybe its for a spokesperson or soemthing" then seriously a week later they release a PR about the dilution being for such a reason.

Think what you want man, but I've been here since April and have followed this company very closesly. Its hard to like anything they've done at this point.
