If you've carefully read the PR's they follow a pattern.
They never talk about sales...EVER mainly because he's never had a sale EVER.Instead they talk about asset valuation based on the industries stepping up on some project or another, then they talk about acquiring another companies technology, and they are always virtual companies more than likely created by Welch himself. This latest company called KS IP Holdings, LLC and Visalo Energy (HYBE) is fictional and also notice they are always some kind of 'Holdings' company. Then when you do domain searches on most of the Welch made up companies, they have every security function possible 'on' so it can't be traced. And just why would some lil mom and pop biz be so concerned with security?

Collaborations, corroborations, asset valuations, proprietary technologies, etc are all the BS terms he uses to suck you in and stay off the watch dogs radar.
