ecigs rock... smoked for 20 years with no breaks at all... 2 pack a day guy. now off of em for 2 weeks.

i must totally disagree with the nicotine being 4x worse than heroin. maybe 25% as bad. i am guessing whoever wrote that has never seen what heroin addiction is all about. some people who quit heroin cold turkey actually die... SO.... i say thats pure bs.

nicotine addiction is hell, not downplaying it.
