Ya no kidding for many years this has been going on, Welch has diplomatic immunity from the SEC. Many others have been shut down for less. SEC is a bunch of ....I don't even know if they are even working anymore. Maybe they closed. Gone fishing...The whole country is a train wreck and everyone in charge is taking all they can before we all end up in a soup line. Welch should be doing time behind bars, long ago. 7 scams in a row, hundreds of complaints if not thousands, by now. But he remains untouched.

Wouldn't surprise me at all if some SEC employee is in bed with him. How else could this continue? MODC dates back to 1996 if I recall, or whatever he morphed it into. Just a bunch of bs. Welch gets new symbols like food stamps, hello FINRA. WTF
