and you are making guesses and assumptions about Ed. Let me ask you a question. If during the due diligence process, Ed somehow discovered something he was not privy to before hand, and inturn in his DD he deemed it unfavorable for the company and its shareholders. Would you want some defunkt deal to be involved with SRWY? I would not. Let the man do what he was hired to do.
