Which is it? Rich shares then gifted or SEVU shares Rich will pay back sometime?

I still wonder if the deal has closed? I have to believe that they had a clause concerning share price being the shares were restricted?

What is the deal on this deal?

Smells king of funny? Were is the PR to explain this we were promised after the open house?
