Has anyone contemplated Pom Wonderful LLC's "opposition filing" with Backside Beverages/Pompis Energy? I can't find any previous relations between the owners and former members of PFOB's (Bookoo)history. I saw this back around the fourth but have not had time to follow up or comment in the last few weeks. It is my opinion this is a branding issue since Pompis and the Pom Wonderful product lines share a close brand name.
