I don't think this guy's age should ever come into question. I've seen him on video giving the updates and he looks pretty good, and sounds like he has all of his marbles for a guy in his high 70s. What should come into question is his competency. The poor results achieved so far, forgetting about the stock price speak for themselves.

What grade would you give this guy as a CEO so far? Midterm grade is an F.
