Nobody is going to merge KATX into anything without a roll-back of some kind. There is already too much stock issued. No way will it go 1 for 1 anywhere. All of this Corporate hocus pocus is great if you have anything good to feed all these shells and the ability to finance so many. Right now KATX / KATG doesn't have much of anything except dreams.
