NOT True at all.
Name Changes are very simple to accomplish ... ticker symbols a little more difficult.
And SEC does not verify ANYTHING on MRES or any other issuer.
Filings are not verified or audited by the SEC.
Only when irregularities appear does the SEC review and comment for issuers like MRES.
