Going to the Authorities. I have not decided. I am waiting a few more days to see what happens with these Irish people.

My plan if a lawsuit is not filed this week is to go to the Sec of State in Delaware as well my contacts high up in the SEC. The SEC has been staffing up with high caliber attorneys over the last year. I am also thinking that if PT has been playing with the books then the IRS.

If I just want to take PT out then I will call the IRS and report him on their reporting line.

I just do not want to destroy the company but from the insiders postings here the damage may have already been done.
