I don't think the audited financials will make much of a difference in the PPS
because they are from a few years ago
it just adds to the credibility of the company.

what will make this stock go up is the announcement of a big loan that has been closed and $ in the QASP account.
That will then lead to multiple announcements regarding companies that quasar has closed on and now owns

But it appears there are DELAYS in getting that BIG LOAN

so we wait

Lucky for us Bradly has plenty of $ to keep the ship sailing until that time.
