The Government does not validate any private corporation, they just note the company has met MINIMUM requirements for reporting.

ROTFL....

They don't declare or validate that a company isn't a scam, they just report that it has met the minimum requirements of the law....and in the case of Pink Sheet companies the bar is quite low.
