Of course it's great news for longs, and I don't think anyone will deny that, but it's great news for the company to release when its ready. Here is how it works:

The company releases it... everyone all over the place buys in on the news and everyone works to push the PPS.

Some hero on the message board releases it well before the company would have released it... it gets talked about... some go buy. It gets hinted at... some go buy. It gets discussed... some go buy. Speculation starts rolling in and rumor grows larger... some go buy.

Just as we've seen today, buys have not flooded in but they are trickling in and that information will get priced in little by little, and then when the actual news comes out, a few on the outskirts who don't read the message boards or didn't hear the grapevine rumor, buy in. So, yes, it's good news for longs but trickle in pricing is not good for big news events. No rumor or leak of information is ever as powerful as the actual news released by a company. If everyone here is all giddy over the manufacturer and doesn't care about the trickle in pricing, I could have given you that information plus the other manufacturer weeks ago.

P.S. I talked to Calvin and he didn't ask rlb to post that information as rlb stated. He said he couldn't stop him from posting the information rlb obtained by calling Tampa Copack and saying he was with HFBG. Calvin called him and told him not to lie anymore and say he's a representative of HFBG.
