SVVS oversold scan hit
but the pattern is not that powerful
november decline may have washed out the weak holders, but no real selling climax.
subsequent trend up has never gotten to overbought.
last reversal from oversold did not lead to a higher high.
worth a spot on the watchlist for volume.
if you check the volume spikes on a 10day chart it appears the selling is over and support fairly solid just below 1.00:
