CHBT - also, you have to back out the cash to get a true idea of the value. These guys are an absolute cash cow. Monster cash position, more than half of the market cap.
The risk, and the reason why Maj is short, I think, is that they have huge discrepancies between SAIC and SEC filings that they haven't really explained to the public. The concern is not that the SAIC filings are actually true, but rather that they are misrepresenting themselves to Chinese authorities, potentially for tax evasion reasons, which exposes them to trouble over there. One question I plan to ask in the CC is point blank, why do the filings conflict? I would like the company to be more forthright on this. With that said, I got out of my position and plan to get back in (or not) based on what they say.
