Somehow I missed your post.

I hope you are right, but sadly my gut tells me this is just another maneuver to wipe out what is leff of shareholder worth in DMEC, another sad HMSG chapter. .

Dr. Bruce Fischer, who has been involved with Avalon, was identified in the past as COB of DMEC is also CEO / COB of Westmont, which I believe is another make believe company. If you do some google searches he is to be found with his presence all over the place.

$200 million in reserves sounds OK, but the investment to get them out will be enormous (if these reserve estimates even have any connnection to reality). Over how many years, what are the earnings. More importantly, what are they paying DMEC - my gut tells me probably nothinhg or close to it.

I hope I am wrong - but I don't think so.
