Understand. But, we gotta have some smart buyers out there with some dry powder and they need to ask slap and this will really run up...I believe most all the flippers that got all of the 18 lows are out. Ask is so very thin IT WILL RUN UP if the weak stop
selling. Hold and buy at this CHEAP PRICE! imo
