A question to anyone.

Everyone has their eyes focused at the court cases, which is very important. If we don't get passed the ownership problem game over. I would like somebody with a better computer and skills to access the PTO and check on intel patents. Its probably been done before by someone. I keep coming up with ZERO for Intel on any patent for Variable Speed Clocking for a micro processor.

I know in the passed Intel openly called it variable speed clocking then starting playing the name game after patent 336 was granted.

I think Ptsc made a mistake by going for sole ownership. Yeah the rewards could be allot higher if we win.

You got to face the facts.Ptsc has never been able to close on a business deal of any kind. They always shoot themselves in the foot. A fter patent 336 was granted Ptsc should have held their nose and partner back up with chuck moore and company. They would have had the world by the ass. And Intel and friends would have been kissing it ever since. This is strictly my opion!

Like all court cases you have to prove without a shadow of doubt that moore didn't contribute to any part of 336.I'm like everyone else at this point I just don't know. I'm not a Moore supporter either I want us to win this case.
