This should be of no surprise--Morris has PRd several times his intent to dilute up to the 25 billion if necessary,and as there is no revenue on the horizon--lcre should hit that level in a few months.Of equal interest may be the departure of one strongest advocates of lcre,one who had Morris' ear,and Morris had his--now making a mysterious exit.
