If the Chief does not know what a proxy card is, the Chief's reputation has suffered a serious blow, and I think you should tell the Chief.

A proxy card is where you vote for Officers of the Company, perhaps a change to the attorneys or accounting firm, and any Amendments or Actions.

Could vote for increasing A/S or other issues....but with QASP, I think the proxy card will be just a few short questions...and in the end, our vote does not hold any power. All the power is with the Company...just a formality, imo.

On a more serious opinion, think we have the financing and we will blow up in the next two weeks. Congrats to all my buds.
