Coincidently I expect a change in the share structure to be "imminent" also, but probably for very different reasons than you as follows:

1. An increase in the A/S only if necessary to provide an equity stake in QASP for a major Lender providing several hundred million in financing, and

2. A Reverse Split only on the condition that it would be required for Uplisting to a higher exchange.

Personally, I don't see where this is any need for revisions or changes in the share structure with regards to the intent for a corporate name change. But I'm not a corporate or securities attorney so it would be foolish for me to clarify these matters.
