Feb 3rd & 4th are hearing dates to determine: if PTSC counsel will be disqualified; if patent attorney Higgins will be allowed to testify; if numerous documents, including the Intel licensing agreement, currently 'under seal' will be unsealed & allowed to be presented at trial; if Moore/TPL will have to produce documents they say they have, but have refused to thus far.. and numerous other motions. This litigation is PTSC vs Moore/Leckrone/TPL, to determine ownership of the '336 patent... Intel, while probably funding the Defenses counsel, is another fight aways down the road.. Unless of course PTSC is victorious vs M/L/TPL (trial date has not yet been set).. then settlement definitely comes into play.. if no settlement, yes, Intel will try to drag this out.
