That's because the only explanation makes him look bad.
So recently JD has filed several Form D's. He obviously knows how to do them and obviously has access as Co-president to do so.
Why didn't he simply file his ownership at the same time??? We know the man has tons of spare time based on how much he communicates with shareholders.
The answer is simple. Once he files that form, he has to keep it updated because otherwise he would be publicly lying to the SEC if he claimed to own more/less shares than what he does.
So if he sold shares when the price was at .03 and rebought at say .001 we would all see it in the filings.
