SOME BASICS FOR THIS BOARD

STALKING AND PERSONAL ATTACK POSTS WON'T BE TOLERATED

treat others as you wish to be treated and you are welcome
to post here .. otherwise don't even waste my time

---

SPECIFIC TO NSS & COUNTERFEITING STOCK

*** Any links and comments are welcome .. i happen to believe
in NSS based on an interview i watched back in aug 2005 where
an otherwise easy going ron insana of cnbc almost started foaming
at the mouth in interviewing OVERSTOCK'S ceo patrick byrne

it would take me close to 3 years (cause i really do have
the kids and pets) to understand what exactly was involved
with NSS .. the timing couldn't be more perfect as it set up
for the sec's absurdly stupid pull of the uptick rule in july
2007 .. which imo .. enabled the path of destruction that would
ensue over the following year.

It would be feb 2010 before the alternative uptick rule (201)
would be voted upon that eventually will be *restored* by eoy
odds are it won't cover most of the co.s trading on the OTC.

But at least the SEC seems to have found some *teeth* under
schapiro and khuzami .. but we've still lost a generation of
legit business to foul means (NSS) over the past years which
will matter over the coming decade .. i always ask folks to
name one successful ipo since sox was enacted .. some can
answer *GOOG* .. which came public and said a big BLEEP to
wall street by doing a dutch auction (in aug 2004)
but most can't even answer the question .. considering this
is a SMB .. not a real healthy sign for the future economy

SPECIFIC TO MM GAMES

*** I actually can read rt l2 .. (for which of course i'm mocked
all over ihub .. i could care less because what matters is under-
standing what is being done on a stock's BID/ASK and why).

Of course i'm one person with one screen not a pro .. just an investor
that was trying to figure why *legit* co.s would consistently be shorted
into the cellar by the same players
.. in many cases on ultra low volume
over months. Besides the obvious reasons behind why those *players*
would do this .. i would see certain signals which i knew was a way
these folks were communicating with each other .. one of the easiest
signals to *track* is the 5k signal .. usually done to indicate
a change out on a stock's BID/ASK ... but not always.

Which is one of the reasons why i actually pay attention to
which MM is utilized .. one of the more telling aspects is to
see *stacked* MM's on BID/ASK .. giving the *appearance* of
interest in either buying or selling. Odds are it may just
be an illusion which is where the use of the other 5k signal
comes into play .. can be used to TEST the depth of what is
*SHOWING* on rt l2 .. either BID or ASK ..

What is even more interesting to me the fact that it's quite
clear someone with access to rt l3 is aiding and abetting
on certain co.s i've observed over the past 18 months.

WHICH IS JUST FLAT OUT WRONG AND IMO A HUGE PART
OF THE PROBLEM WITH THE OTC AND THE LACK OF SEC RESOURCES

*** Lastly my intent is for those with interest learning
some basics so they can help themselves. I pay for rt l2
and use equity feed for two reasons .. EF offers the
logs (time stamps) of the various MM's as they raise and
lower their BID/ASK .. and they merge both sources of data
other sites i've used require 2 separate screens or just
show one source.

I want to make it clear this is not a stock specific board
obviously tickers will be utilized but i'm not looking for
folks to bypass ihub's main SMBS'

Manipulative behavior isn't one dimensional and can't be
explained in a 20 second sound bite. It also requires as
*cramer* would say HOMEWORK .. one has to understand why
volume matters .. finra's daily data does indeed show patterns
and noting which MM's have been *activated* this month means
something particularly if they are used as a shield and truly
don't do any *volume* to speak of. However that info is shown
a month in arrears. But it is shown and for those want answers
it helps fill in some pieces.

So welcome to all who play by the rules and are looking for other perspectives.
