Dear Mr. Alain Roy,

I'm one of perspective investors who see the future of your company's patented inline skate. I personally purchased it and used, loved it very much. I like to invest to the further development, growth of the company. I usually do weeks or months research before I invest, once I invest I invest heavy on one entity. However, after spending a few hours of research, I found the stock, symbol NSPT-Newron Sport is enough to raise my eyebrows. Looking at the initial disclosure of the company, Newron Design, manufacturer, developer, patent holder, is the company I like to invest, not Newron Sport, distributor.

But reading multiple press releases from Newron Sports, they claim;

Newron Sport invests heavy in development in their PR;

"The Company is focused 100% on developing its technology and obtaining customers. "

Also, even talks about potentially licensing deals with major manufactuerers ;

Questions:

1. Through reading Intitial disclosurer of Newron Sports, The company has 10% ownership of Newron Design, Inc and Newron Design is the patent holder, manufacturer. I understand Newron sport can mention about technology, development, dealing with manufacturer under Newron Design's licensing since Newron Sports has 10% ownership of Newron Design, but None of this is not possible by Newron Sport accoarding to the initial discloser as distributor which doesn't hold any authority to practice the activities. Are the above two press releases regarding Robert Ritondo's ownership

The other concern is, if Newron Design, Inc. terminates the distribution agreement with Newron Sport, share holders of Newron Sport will be left nothing, but bought into a empty company's stock. What is the exact agreement between Newron Design and Newron Sport?

2. What area and regions does Newron Sport have the exclusive distribution authority, North America, South America, International regions?

3. How many years are gauranteed for Newron Sports to be a distributor of Newron Design's products?

4. Are there any other channel for Newron Design to distribute its products to market except Newron Sports?

5. What % of sales dollar amount will Newron Sport benefit?

6. Is there any possibility for Newron Design to see another distributor after terminating distribution agreement with Newron Sport? Initial Discloser says this possibility.

7. Can Newron Sport negotiate with major manufacturers for licensing technology to them? Initial Discloser says, Newron Design has the patent, manufacturer authority, but Newron Sport, a distributor. I understand Newron Sport has 10% ownership of Newron Design, but Newron Sport doesn't have any authority to do any negotiation or licensing the patent to other manufactuerers. It's the violation of the agreement accoarding to the initial disclosurer.

8. Is there any other option to invest to Newron Design, inc. than through Newron Sport such as buying private debts, shares?

Answers will be very interesting if they can give exact answers to the point. However, I doubt, but they will continue playing word games with vague answers. Anyway..... let me see...
