No requirement to file for a non SEC reporting diluting pig. It is why JD and GH don't file. If they file ownership, they have to keep it updated. We would see all their flips. By simply not reporting and then lying through their teeth, they can make outlandish claims and there is no way to prove it.
It is hilarious when JD tries to say his shares are restricted and he could only sell a certain percentage every qtr. He knows there is no such rule, he just lies and pretends he believes that.
WHy else would he simply refuse to file a free form that takes all of 5 minutes to file?????
