A Business plan that Maximizes Potential. Better financing deals for us depend on realistic valuation of the company, and, just as importantly, providing a bold but realistic long term business plan.
Shareholders can only do so much, and CPRKSA's next filing should achieve much of that, providing support for a much higher valuation and providing support for the court's recognizing the shareholders group as an interested party.
The rest is in the hands of John Bryan. If he chooses to continue trying to raise funds with his minimal development proposal for the future of WUCC, potential funders will not be eager to invest, and we will need to give up a very large percentage of our shareholder ownership for relatively small long term financing. However, potential funders will fight enthusiastically for the opprtunity to fund this company if he puts forth an adequately financed, realistic long term plan that involves expanded exploration, develops such huge ore deposits as the Valley Deposit, and budgets in a much larger scale operation, with such additions as onsite sulfuric acid production, vat extraction, large scale electrowinning, and other improvements that this project merits. In the interest of shareholders and lienholders, the large scale potential of WUCC needs to be presented to potential investors. Raising capital with a minimalist business plan is totally irresponsible.
Bryan has a fiduciary responsibility to maximize shareholder interest and to pay back lienholders. As CEO of WUCC and CPRK, he has no other duty or responsibility and has a fiduciary responsibilty to avoid any conflicts of interest. Our fate is in his hands. If he fails to act, his fate may wind up in our hands.
