i remember the share price at 028 the day the outstanding went from 750 to 1.5 billion
what benefit would it be now to add shares if the PPS is so low now?
wouldn't that just kill the share price completely making this a 000 stock
i doubt bradley wants that to happen

bradley has said there will not be an increase in the outstanding
