I've said this before but it seems it didn't get through since it has been discussed lately among some on this forum.

It's about this $8-9 offer that was made a few years ago to buy the company.

That is an unsubstantiated rumor. It has never been proven or documented as true.

We were told in no uncertain terms by the Trustee that it could not, and would not, be considered as any evidence for forming the EC back late last year after their office tried to confirm it.

No board member, or named Hedge Fund has ever admitted that it occurred.

It made our argument look weaker back then and that has not changed now.
