JJ your post was informative. If HTDS can't put on any evidence or testimony at a summary judgement hearing then why did HTDS file for summary judgement when HTDS knew that the judge couldn't find for or against them? Why, instead of wasting time & money did not HTDS enter into a legal process that would have rendered a specific decision as to who owns the marketing & patent rights to Tubercin? It appears neither HTDS management or lawyers know what the proper legal procedure is to end this dipute once & for all. Any comments?
