It seems that more and more are finally seeing what I am seeing concerning QASP, Newby and "ANY" of these Multi-Million Dollar Loans.

If anyone thinks that to get several hundred million dollars in loans is as easy as getting a few people to shake hands, think again.

There are stringent processes in which every Company must follow and abide.

There are no easy ways out of this Loan Process from anyone.

Dean Bradley obviously DID NOT find a Magic Loan Fairy that will simply hand over HUNDREDS OF MILLIONS OF DOLLARS, just because he says he can get "DEALS" pushed through.

Now, it looks like Dean is going to not only open more businesses, it appears that he is going to "SELL THEM TO HIMSELF"???

How do you suppose he will be able to continue to do "Business As Usual" if the O/S is Maxed out to the A/S??????????????

Doesn't anyone see as A/S Increase coming or a Reverse Split in the very near future??????????

How will Dean ever "LURE IN" more Loan Companies if QASP does not have any Shares in the Pool with which to negotiate??????????

Do you really think QASP and Dean will actually PAY A LITTLE MONEY NOW FOR BIGGER MONEY NOW??????????????

How does THAT work?

Because if THAT works, then I will go get a Million Dollar Loan with a 1% Cash Down Payment (10K) and WITH ABSOLUTELY NO COLLATERAL -BUT- I WILL EXPLAIN TO THE LENDERS THAT I HAVE A DREAM?!?!?!?!?!

I sure would be interested in HOW NEW BUSINESS LIKE THAT is being done in THIS ECONOMY!

As far as MineSeeker, this is only a "Developmental Stage" situation. No Money except from Begging for Monetary Support.

This is a HUGE Tax Write Off for those who have actually followed through with their "Said Pledges".

Besides, it seems that QASP and MineSeeker are drifting farther apart these days.

Watch as QASP either Increases the A/S -OR- Reverse Splits very soon now.

THERE IS NO WAY QASP CAN CONTINUE TO OPERATE WITHOUT DOING ONE OF THE TWO!

ABSOLUTELY NO WAY!

ABSOLUTELY NO HOW!

What will investors say then?

I guess we'll see!

I don't believe the A/S will be touched. It not only screws us but every person that has invested in Quasar, and that would include Michael Kendrick and many others.
