Yes, I would like to have the May "shareholders meeting" explained to me too.. Itsallinthemix, ebb...please make it right in my mind how I was not informed of a meeting to wildly award stock to the board and officers. Lets start there...no other crud in the post, only address the shareholder meeting. What else was voted on in this meeting? Please post the minutes of this meeting at this publicly owned company's shareholders meeting. I can read the minutes, can't I?...or is that off limits too. Lets go look at the board posting and see how many people were talking about the upcoming May meeting....Just don't start it with "The Irish were coming...the Irish are coming"...that has gotten old.
