That's what I heard too! I heard that "NITE" was used to short most of IKTO...It makes me wonder a lot...Not sure if there's some kind of link or connection between those two...may be that is why Scottrade make it difficult to "buy" this stock whenever it was trading @.0020s, .0030, etc. It places a restriction of the stock and forces buyers to call an agent in order to buy...

But it doesn't make it difficult to purchase stock trading 20x smaller than IKTO...(Like, for example, GBOE which currently trading @ .0001 & .0002). It makes me wonder a lot...Maybe, there's something hidden behind the picture that we don't see.
