As someone who is politically involved. I have a request of this board. If you own stock in Ecosphere, get involved. Us environmentalists need your help. Write your Senator or Congressman or both and urge they support H.B. 2766. The Fraccing Disclosure bill. This bill will force disclosure and eventually force the gas drillers to comply with the Clean Water Drinking Act; essentially eliminating the chemicals now in use. Another request, if you live in Pennsylvania (like I do) contact the Delaware River Basin Commission (DRBC). The DRBC has halted all natural gas drilling in the Delaware River basin (1/3 of the land area covering the Marcellus Shale formation). They are beginning to allow a couple of exploratory wells for Newfield Exploration. Newfield Exploration has let the Wayne Property Association know they will use Ecosphere exclusively to comply with the new DRBC rules. Unfortunately, the DRBC will not allow enough wells to make it economical for Ecosphere's technology. Urge the DRBC to lift the ban if Newfield uses Ecosphere.
Write to gas drillers directly. I wrote to Range Resources and advised them of Ecosphere. Ecosphere advises me Range Resources contacted them the following day about the technology. Keep posting, just asking you to reach out. Thanks
